|Breeder: Kws UK||Printable PDF|
|Type: Husked||Pedigree: N/A|
- A new variety to the market that has attracted a fair bit of interest from the end users due to its very high kernel content. Yield to date has been around control levels and therefore similar to Canyon. There is production in both England and Scotland so there will be a good chance for end users to see the variety after harvest 2018.
- Slightly shorter than average but straw strength has been only moderate in Agrii trials and therefore the variety will need a full PGR programme. Maturity is similar to Aspen.
- Decent Mildew resistance and provisional figures show an average or better Crown Rust resistance.
