On International Women's Day we are taking the opportunity to highlight the incredible achievements and contributions of Women in our business and in Agriculture.

From leadership roles and making crucial decisions to behind-the-scenes innovation, women play an vital role in driving our success.

At Agrii, championing equality, diversity and inclusivity is a daily, year-round focus. However, we do acknowledge that dates like these are a great opportunity to raise awareness of important issues that continue to exist in our industry and across society.

Lucy plays a key role in developing and testing new technologies and digital agronomy solutions for our teams and growers.

Some of Lucy's recent projects include the Nitrogen Climate Smart project discussed above as well as our Digital Technology Farms.

Amy Watkins is our Sustainability & Environmental Services Manager. A champion for the environment and sustainable farming practices, Amy is instrumental in crafting our sustainability strategy and Green Horizons initiatives.  

Alex sits in our Environmental Services Team supporting farmers and agronomy teams with environmental advice, SFI, and stewardship applications.

Dr Ruth Mann is Head of Integrated Crop Technologies and a member of the Agrii Leadership team. 

Ruth is responsible for the strategic leadership of Agrii R&D, driving Research and Innovations that have a positive impact on our customers and our operations.  

Jo Bell is an Agronomist in our Anglia team. She has a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions for growers in the region and provide support to her colleagues. Keen to share her experiences, Jo was previously a regular voice on the 'Talking Agronomy' Blog.
