Seed Commercial Operations Support

We are looking to employ a Seed Commercial Operations Support for a full-time, permanent position. This is a hybrid position that requires travel to our site in Moreton, Ongar.

Reporting directly to the Seed Commercial Operations Management Team, our next Seed Commercial Operations Support will support the development of our commercial strategy, maintain accurate pricing and availability information, and ensure our sales teams can confidently support customers throughout the season. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Production, Logistics and Seed Administration, contributing to a collaborative and positive team culture while ensuring a smooth and accurate seed order process.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and communicate seed price lists to sales teams and customers.
  • Review daily reports, ensuring sales data is inputted correctly.
  • Act as the main contact for key accounts, building relationships and expand growth opportunities
  • Support the Seed Commercial Team in providing cost and availability updates across the business.
  • Work alongside the Forage Product Manager to maintain pricing and availability for forage products.
  • Maintain the Agrii intranet seed page on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with Sales, Production and Logistics to support excellent customer service.
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally and promptly.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, especially with pricing and margin data.
  • An ability to work both independently and collaboratively, using your initiative where appropriate.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, flexible approach and willingness to adapt as priorities shift.
  • Previous and current experience within the agricultural seed industry would also be beneficial.
