Agristart MAGNUM
Supporting early rooting and crop establishment
Agristart is a microgranular NP complex fertiliser designed for placement at planting. It combines a high concentration of water-soluble phosphorus with ammoniacal nitrogen, zinc and Quelaphos, an organo-humic complex designed to stimulate early root activity and promote root development.
By placing readily available nutrition close to the developing root, Agristart is designed to support the crop at a stage when strong establishment matters.
Why use Agristart MAGNUM?
Getting crops established quickly depends on young plants being able to access the nutrition they need from the outset.
Agristart’s microgranular formulation is designed to distribute nutrient efficiently around the seed and developing root zone. One kilogram provides around one million nutrient landing sites, while the formulation is suited to fertiliser placement systems.
The result is a targeted source of early nutrition designed to support:
- Vigorous plant emergence
- Improved early rooting
- Rapid seedling development.
Nutrition where the young crop needs it
Water-soluble phosphorus
Agristart contains a high concentration of water-soluble phosphorus to provide phosphorus close to developing roots.
Ammoniacal nitrogen
The ammoniacal form of nitrogen helps meet early root demand and remains stable in the soil, helping to reduce leaching losses.
Quelaphos organo-humic complex
An organo-humic coating is included to help mobilise phosphate around the root and encourage early root activity.
Zinc
Zinc has an important role in plant development, including enzyme activity, protein synthesis and auxin formation.
Application Guidance
Agristart is best applied at planting through a fertiliser placement system.
