Seed Analyst | Finmere

We are now seeking a Qualified Seed Analyst to join our team in Finmere.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely seed testing services, supporting both our commercial operations and the wider agricultural industry. Working across laboratory and field based activities, the successful candidate will help ensure the highest standards of
quality, accuracy and technical excellence. 

What you'll do:
- Carry out a range of seed testing and analytical activities in line with
  recognised industry standards.
- Assess seed quality, purity and germination, ensuring accurate   recording and reporting of results.
- Support the inspection and sampling of seed and crops where         required.
- Ensure testing is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support seasonal workloads      and continuous improvement.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and laboratory
  compliance.

What you'll bring:
- A recognised Seed Analyst qualification.
- Previous experience working within a seed testing or laboratory   environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to analysis.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and the ability to accurately maintain laboratory
  records.
- A genuine interest in agriculture and a flexible approach to seasonal     demands.
