Office Administrator

Office Administrator

We are recruiting for a part-time Office Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Andoversford on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the PA to the Agrii Board, this is a varied and people-focused role providing front-of-house support, office coordination and wider administrative assistance across the business, particularly for teams based at the Andoversford site.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage front-of-house duties, welcoming visitors and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments and business support activities.
  • Manage incoming post, couriers, deliveries and office consumables.
  • Support general site management activities, including maintenance coordination and supplier liaison.
  • Raise purchase orders and provide wider administrative support to departments across the site.
  • Support health & safety compliance activities with guidance from the H&S team.
  • Maintain site systems and support internal communications where required.
  • Work closely with the PA to the Agrii Board and wider support teams to ensure smooth business operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, with a proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support the wider team.
  • Previous front-of-house or office administration experience is beneficial but not essential.

Please note: This role is based across 3 days per week, with Monday home-based and Tuesday & Wednesday based at our Andoversford office. Training will be provided where required, including support with health & safety responsibilities.
