Marketing & Design Lead

Location: Homebased, Scotland, with regular travel
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Full UK driving licence required

We are now looking for a Marketing & Design Lead to help play a key role in how we present our brand, products and services.

This role will combine hands-on design with wider marketing activity, delivering high quality national materials while supporting regional campaigns and events across Scotland. The successful candidate will need to be a creative team player, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and production of Agrii marketing materials, including corporate literature, campaign assets, presentations and event materials.
• Support regional marketing campaigns and the planning and delivery of local and national events.
• Ensure marketing materials are visually consistent, on brand and aligned with Agrii’s tone of voice.
• Support website, intranet and social media content where required.
• Manage relationships with designers, printers, event partners and other suppliers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, files and marketing administration.

What you’ll bring:

• Professional experience working across both marketing and design.
• Proven Adobe InDesign experience and the ability to produce high-quality creative materials using the entire Adobe suite.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency across print and digital channels.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events and marketing projects.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
• An interest in the agriculture sector.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Scotland.

Please note: This role is homebased in Scotland with regular travel
required across the region.
