Whilst most of our on-farm roles will require some form of arable farming related experience, we recruit across a variety of sectors including Customer services, Administration, IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and more.

We get asked this question a lot, farmers are busy and they need a lot of help generally. Reach out to some farmers local to you, explain your situation, and most should be happy to hear from you – especially if you approach them close to their busy harvest period!
