A great job in a difficult season
News - 11.10.21
We’ve received some great feedback in recent weeks on the work that our nationwide Farm Saved Seed team has been doing, in a particularly difficult year.
The late harvest, Covid and Brexit related staffing issues followed by recent fuel shortages all coincided to create a very difficult and challenging set of circumstances for the team. The last few weeks have seen a massive effort to process a huge amount of seed in a very narrow window. We’d like to extend our thanks and recognition to the whole team, of both experienced and new operators, for stepping up to enable all of the wheels to keep turning. We'd also like to thank our customers for their good cheer and the great feedback that they’ve provided during what has been a more challenging September than usual!
We still have a busy couple of weeks ahead and hopefully beyond, so please get in touch if you’d like to find out more about our service, or have any questions about what we can offer. You can find out the answers to the questions our farm saved seed team are most frequently asked in the video below, or in the Agrii Journal article
During this busy period, our team of experienced operators has been backed up by Agrii’s rolling investment programme into farm saved seed. This has meant that they’ve had the most up to date technology and latest new build machines at their disposal.
