We look for motivated, personable, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about agriculture and our business. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are important across all of our roles. Whilst most of our on-farm roles will require some form of arable farming related experience, we recruit across a variety of sectors including Customer services, Administration, IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and more. All of our vacancies will require different experiences, skills and qualifications - so keep an eye on our adverts to see exactly what we’re looking for, for each role we advertise.

Yes, a CV helps us understand your background, skills, and experience. Even if your experience is limited, a clear CV paired with a strong application demonstrates your motivation and potential.

Requirements vary by role. Some positions require formal qualifications, while others focus more on skills, experience, and personal attributes. Always check the job description for specific requirements. If you're not sure if you could be suitable for one of our roles, then please just reach out to our recruitment department and we will always be happy to have an open conversation about our roles, or even speculative roles that could arise in the future!

Write a cover letter (and don't use AI - yes, we can tell!). Make sure your cover letter address both your interest in our position, but also with Agrii too. If you can match any of your skills, qualifications or experiences with those listed as requirements in our job adverts, then that will only benefit your application further.

Competition depends on the role, but generally, we receive A LOT of applications. Candidates who are proactive, prepared, and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and company tend to perform best.

Yes! We value potential and attitude as much as experience. Many of our employees have started in roles where they were learning on the job.

Do your research on Agrii, understand the role that you’re applying for, and be ready to show how your skills and interests align with our business. Be honest, show enthusiasm, and highlight examples that demonstrate your strengths.

We get asked this question a lot, farmers are busy and they need a lot of help generally. Reach out to some farmers local to you, explain your situation, and most should be happy to hear from you – especially if you approach them close to their busy harvest period!
