Warehouse Operative - Dayshift

We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Larkwhistle on a full-time, permanent contract, working day-shifts. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring our warehouse and distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, practical work in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive and safety-focused team.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as part of the logistics, warehousing, and distribution team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid certification required).
  • Assist with storing, receiving, and dispatching high-value products with close attention to detail.
  • Undertake a range of manual handling tasks as part of daily operations.
  • Help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.
  • Support warehouse targets and long-term operational strategies.

What you’ll bring:

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or willingness to train).
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undertake manual handling and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to teamwork and high safety standards.
