Warehouse Operative - Backshift

We are now seeking an experienced and professional Warehouse Operative (Back Shift) to join our busy Alconbury depot on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day warehousing and distribution function while helping to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Pick, prepare and dispatch orders to Agrii depots and customers.
    Load and unload vehicles, including vans through to Class 1 vehicles.
  • Receive, store and locate stock within the warehouse accurately.
  • Support the wider warehouse operation, working closely with day and night shift teams.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, particularly when handling high-value products.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck licences (essential).
  • Confidence operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to undertake manual handling and physical work.
  • A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to respond to fluctuating workloads.

Please note: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:30, with paid overtime available during peak periods.
