Storeperson

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Storeperson to join our Forfar depot. This is a varied, hands-on role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the efficient running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service through effective processes.
  • Receive, store, pick and dispatch products in line with company procedures.
  • Assist the Depot Manager in delivering a first-class warehousing and distribution service within budget and KPI targets.
  • Load and unload deliveries, manage stock put-away and carry out regular stock checks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment at all times.
  • Report any machinery, vehicle, racking or property damage promptly.
  • Support occasional delivery driving duties where required.

What you’ll bring:

  • A full UK driving licence.                                                                      
  • A valid Forklift Truck licence (essential).
  • Willingness to undertake manual handling and work in a physically active role.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling high-value products.
  • A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to respond to seasonal demands and early starts.
  • ADR and BASIS Storekeeper qualifications are desirable, but training will be provided where required.

What we offer:

  • Full-time, permanent contract (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
