We are a leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice, working closely with farmers to support profitable and sustainable crop production. Alongside our agronomy expertise, we supply a wide range of specialist products that support crop performance and farm infrastructure.

We are now looking to recruit a Pipe Sales Manager to lead and develop sales of agricultural drainage pipes and ancillary products across our customer base. This role will combine technical knowledge, commercial focus and strong relationship management, working closely with growers, contractors and Agrii depot teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel into our Perth office at least once or twice per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate sales of drainage pipes and ancillary products to agricultural contractors, farmers, estate managers and, where appropriate, civil engineering customers.
  • Provide technical and pricing support to Agrii depot teams, helping them respond confidently to customer enquiries.
  • Build, maintain and create strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues.
  • Set up, maintain and manage supplier pricing to support competitive and profitable sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to promote pipe and ancillary product sales.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers with practical irrigation and drainage solutions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with customers.
  • Confidence explaining technical or complex information in a clear, practical way.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and as a team.
  • An interest in agronomy, crop health and agricultural systems and some form of experience within agriculture.
  • Knowledge of irrigation, drainage or ancillary products is desirable, but full training and support will be provided.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from anyone regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion / belief, age or disability.
