Internal Recruiter
We are looking to employ an Internal Recruiter for a hybrid, fixed-term position within our HR Team.
Our people are at the heart of our success, and our HR team plays a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talent across a diverse, nationwide business. We are now looking to expand that team by hiring an Internal Recruiter. This will be a varied and fast-paced role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across key business areas, whilst ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience and reducing agency reliance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across allocated business areas, from vacancy briefing through to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide and support them through recruitment processes and best practice.
- Create engaging adverts and manage vacancy postings across multiple channels.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers where required.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and headhunting.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and inbox management.
- Support recruitment events, careers fairs and wider attraction campaigns.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience working within a recruitment related role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for finding and attracting talent.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Canva and Excel.
- A flexible approach, with a willingness to travel to sites when required.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working and travel to various sites, depots and events across England and occasionally Scotland and Wales.
