Fertiliser Administrator

Agrii are looking to employ a Fertiliser Administrator for a full-time, permanent, remote position.

At Agrii, we work in partnership with farmers, suppliers, and colleagues across the UK to deliver innovation, expertise, and trusted support — from crop production and agronomy services to fertiliser, seed, and logistics. We’re now looking for a Fertiliser Administrator to join our central fertiliser team, helping us provide the smooth and efficient delivery of fertiliser orders nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys building strong working relationships. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers and suppliers receive the high-quality service that Agrii is known for.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for all fertiliser orders, processing them accurately in our D365 system.
  • Manage incoming orders (via email or Remote Order Portal), create purchase orders, and allocate sales to stock.
  • Handle queries from colleagues, suppliers, and customers, including order updates, pricing, amendments, and invoicing.
  • Maintain Agrii’s liquid fertiliser tank database, arranging new tanks, deliveries, and inspections.
  • Liaise with suppliers, external logistics, and Agrii Logistics to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Input monthly agent commission statements into D365 to support invoice payments.
  • Support the Fertiliser Commercial Manager and wider team with reporting and administration.

What you’ll bring:

  • Administrative experience and an interest in the Agriculture sector.
  • Confident communication and an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • An organised and systematic approach, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work flexibly during busy periods, particularly during the fertiliser season.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from anyone regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion / belief, age or disability.
