To help drive this exciting programme, we’re looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator (Organisational Development & Support) to join our team.

This is a hybrid, fixed-term role combining home working with regular travel across the UK, including visits to regional offices and sites. This role is ideal for an astute graduate eager to grow their career in business culture and organisational development, or for someone with proven experience in process-driven, detail-focused roles where delivery and follow-through are key.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate diaries, events, meetings and training sessions across the business.
  • Manage the Culture Shift calendar and ensure timely communication with learners and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with our training provider and support the rollout of training sessions nationwide.
  • Build and maintain clear processes behind our management framework.
  • Report progress to senior leaders and support internal comms and presentations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with people at all levels.
  • Experience in project support, internal comms, or business operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel UK-wide (company car provided).
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role with flexible working.

What we offer:

  • A central role in a meaningful transformation programme.
  • Flexibility with hybrid working and national travel.
  • Company car and expenses.
  • Career development and visibility across the business.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from anyone regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion / belief, age or disability.
