Variety Positioning

• DK Exedge narrowly missed UK Recommended Listing based on yield but has one of the best agronomic profiles of any oilseed rape that Agrii has tested.  

• It is expected to replace for DK Exsteel, one of  Agrii best-selling varieties for the past seven years.  

• While it is not the highest yielding variety (RL 101%; Agrii 99%) it has the growth habit best suited at minimising CSFB larval damage which remains a significant threat in the East and West region.

• Relatively short (149 cm), stiff (RL 8; Agrii 7), low lodging risk (RL 8; Agrii 7) and early to mature (RL 6; Agrii 7).

• It carries both the RLM7 and RLMS stem canker resistance (RL 8), good light leaf spot resistance (RL 7, Agrii 6) and has exceptional late season stem health (9).  

• Like most recent hybrids it also has pod shatter and TuYV resistance, both of which are popular with growers.
