Free Farm Walk Offer Terms & Conditions 

1. The promoter of this offer is Agrii. Agrii is a trading name of Masstock Arable (UK) Ltd and United Agri Products Ltd. 
2. The offer is open to commercial farmers and growers in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over and operate, manage or have responsibility for a commercial farming or growing business. 
3. The offer is intended for commercial agricultural and horticultural businesses. It is not available for domestic gardens, allotments, amenity land, equestrian holdings where there is no commercial farming enterprise, or other non-commercial land uses. 
4. Applicants must not currently receive agronomy advice from Agrii. Existing Agrii customers who purchase products or other services but do not currently receive agronomy advice from Agrii remain eligible. Former Agrii agronomy customers may also qualify where they have not traded with Agrii for at least 12 months. 
5. Agrii reserves the right to confirm eligibility before accepting an application and may request reasonable information about the farming business, holding or current relationship with Agrii. 
6. The offer is limited to 100 free farm walks. Eligible applications will be allocated subject to availability. Applications must be received by 31 December 2026, or before all 100 farm walks have been allocated, whichever occurs first. Farm walks may take place after the closing date where agreed with Agrii. 
7. A maximum of one free farm walk is available per farming business unless Agrii agrees otherwise. 
8. Applications must be made through the designated campaign form. Submission of an application does not guarantee a farm walk. Agrii will confirm eligibility and availability before a booking is agreed. 
9. Farm walks are subject to agronomist availability, location, weather, crop conditions and Agrii’s normal service coverage. Agrii may rearrange a visit where circumstances make the agreed date impractical or unsafe. 
10. The farm walk will consist of an on-farm visit with an Agrii agronomist to discuss the applicant’s crops, farming system and relevant agronomic considerations. The precise content of the visit will depend on the farm, crops and time of year. 
11. The free farm walk does not include laboratory analysis, soil sampling, product, application services, formal written reports or other chargeable services unless specifically agreed by Agrii. 
12. Any agronomic observations or recommendations made during the farm walk will be based on the crops and conditions observed at the time of the visit and the information provided by the applicant. 
13. The offer has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another Agrii product or service. 
14. Agrii may refuse or withdraw an application where information supplied is inaccurate, the eligibility requirements are not met, or Agrii reasonably believes the offer is being misused. 
15. Personal information provided as part of the application will be used to administer the offer and arrange the farm walk in accordance with Agrii’s Privacy Policy. Applicants will only receive wider marketing communications where the appropriate separate marketing preference or consent has been provided. 
16. Agrii reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will not affect farm walks already confirmed unless Agrii is unable to fulfil them for reasons outside its reasonable control. 
17. Applicants must have the authority to grant Agrii access to the relevant farm or holding and are responsible for informing Agrii of any site-specific access, health, safety or biosecurity requirements before the visit. 
18. No purchase is necessary to apply for or receive a free farm walk, and there is no obligation to purchase Agrii products or services following the visit.
