Crop Input Specialist

We are looking to employ a Crop Input Specialist with Fertiliser and Crop Nutrition expertise, for the Anglia region.

This is primarily a sales and business development role for Agrii.
Our Crop Input Specialists support farmers with a wide range of services available to Agrii customers including RHIZA, Seed, Ancillary, Animal Health, Grain, Finance, and other services.

This is an all-round role with a strong focus on fertiliser and crop nutrition, therefore our preferred candidate will likely have some experience in this area.

The main purpose of this role is to understand growers’ requirements, particularly within nutrition.

The successful candidate will work alongside progressive growers and agronomists to help maximise input use efficiency and increase crop yields.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of agriculture, experience and knowledge working with nutrition, and good IT skills.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a FACTS qualification, as well as agricultural sales experience of some capacity.

All training will be provided, and a valid driving license is essential.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong focus on customer service and standards.
