Area Business Manager | Fruit

We are a leading provider of expert advice, technologies, and products tailored to the cultivation of fruit and other horticultural crops, offering services such as precision farming techniques, soil health management, crop protection strategies, and sustainable farming practices to enhance overall crop quality and yields.


We are looking to employ an Area business Manager for our Fruit Team, on a permanent basis.

As an Area Business Manager at Agrii, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, fostering robust team and customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of sustainable horticulture.

 

This leadership position also involves:

  • Leading, coaching, and managing Agronomists within your team, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Taking ownership of your team's financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, setting targets, and collaborating across the business to drive growth and implement strategic changes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service and expanding product penetration.

 

We're seeking candidates who ideally possess a strong understanding of our industry and can demonstrate an ability to lead a team. 

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is motivated by developing others & skilled in building relationships both internally and externally.
