The Trials Officer is a crucial position within Agrii’s R&D department, carrying out the trials work to support the company’s strategic goals.
Working closely with the Trials Manager and the wider trials team, this position will be involved in all aspects of our broad programme of crop trials, from protocol development, through sowing, treatment operations, assessments, harvest data analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be a good communicator and be capable of designing & following detailed work plans with precision and thorough record keeping.
We are seeking an individual ideally with previous trials experience looking to take the next step in their career.
As with all Agrii roles, full training will be provided for the role. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, able to work independently and must be comfortable with tasks that vary regularly both with indoor and outdoor operations, in various weather conditions on trial-sites / fields.
This will be either alone or with colleagues and will require an amount of manual labour and travelling between trials locations, therefore a full driving licence is essential.
