Receptionist / Admin-Assistant – 16 hours per week

Agrii are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist / Admin Assistant based at our offices in Andoversford.

This role is part time working 16 hours per week, to be split over Monday-Wednesday each week. The exact working pattern or arrangements can be negotiated with the hiring manager. This role reports into the PA for the board.

This is a dual role responsible for all front of house and admin duties at our Head office; greeting visitors on site, booking meeting rooms, ensuring meeting rooms are fully stocked, ordering lunches for meetings, opening and distributing all post that arrives on site, ordering couriers where necessary, ordering all stationary and other consumables for the office and keeping track of site maintenance requirements and booking in services where required.

The individual will need to be friendly, amenable and have strong people skills as the role requires interactions with multiple departments and individuals within the business.

The role will also consist of administration support for the Accounts Payable team, who are based in the Andoversford office, and any ad-hoc support for the other teams based out of our Andoversford site.
