+ To process all R&T lime orders and to support the R&T sales team with a variety of administrative tasks and reports so that they are able to meet our customers’ needs.
+ To be part of a team who process fertiliser orders and to support the Fertiliser team with a variety of administrative tasks and reports so that they are able to meet our customers’ needs.
+ To deal with any queries from the Agrii team and directly from our customers regarding both Lime and fertiliser.
+ To liaise with our suppliers, hauliers and the Agrii Logistics team to ensure the efficient delivery of goods.
+ To ensure efficient and effective customer service through good practices and processes.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
+ PC literate – must have good keyboard skills and a high level of competency in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge of Excel. In-house training will be provided for our order input system, AX
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Order/data entry experience required
+ Good communicator – able to convey ideas and facts clearly and accurately
+ Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
+ Good telephone manner
+ Great team player who is happy to get involved in all aspects of office administration
+ Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
An element of travel during the training program will be required. (Eastern Counties)
