Commercial Product Manager, Home Based

Our advisory services include varietal selection, nutrition, crop protection, and application techniques necessary to ensure high-performing marketable crops, which adhere to the highest levels of safety, quality, sustainability, and environmental and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our crop protection team, reporting to the Head of Crop Protection. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Micronutrition and Adjuvants Business Manager in a number of key areas including supporting delivery of the commercial and technical strategy, being involved in discussions around buying of products for the micronutrition, biostimulants, and adjuvants range, aligned with Agrii’s product and technical strategy. Input into price negotiation and farm pricing policy, volume planning, and product positioning within Agrii.

Working closely with the Micronutrition and Adjuvants Business Manager gathering data and information and reporting back. You will also liaise with the R&D teams to ensure that the products are in line with the wider CP strategy and will support our commercial messaging with the agronomy teams for the micronutrition, biostimulants and adjuvants portfolio, presenting at team meetings and other events as appropriate.

Whilst this role is Home-based, travel will be required and it would be ideal for someone located within the central belt of England. We welcome applicants who have background knowledge and understanding of crop nutrition, micronutrition, and crop health.

You must have excellent presentation and communication skills. Whilst FACTS is an essential requirement, BASIS Crop Protection would also be advantageous.
