- Consistently high yields in Agrii trials over the past three years (98% treated, 90% untreated) and grain of high specific weight. Accepted for the domestic biscuit market and now approved for distilling with a medium rating. It is not suitable for uks export.
- Its best performance is in the East and West regions, in both official and Agrii trials, and its performance drops off a little further north (97% treated, 86% untreated). Best grown on heavy soils either as a first or a second wheat. Unsuitable for early drilling but it has performed well in late drilled trials up until the end of January.
- Average height (88 cm) and stiff straw (7 treated, 7 untreated). Its grassweed competitiveness is still being evaluated in Agrii Stow Longa trials. It has medium maturity (+1) and average resistance to sprouting (6). Excellent disease ratings for yellow rust (9.0), brown rust (7.6) and average Septoria tritici (5.7) but mildew is a significant weakness (3.7). Average resistance to eyespot (5) and moderately susceptible to fusarium ear blight (6.2). Resistant to orange wheat blossom midge.
