Finance Analyst

Agrii are looking to employ a Finance Analyst for a home-based, fixed-term position, with occasional travel to our Andoversford office expected. This is predominantly a remote position, offering a competitive salary and tech package.

This role will be key in providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic goals within our finance department, while contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

Supporting our finance business partner, our next Finance analyst will be responsible for:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Variance Analysis.
  • Cost Management.
  • Pricing Maintenance.
  • Data Management & Reporting.
  • Collaboration with the Finance Business Partner and other teams to support decision-making.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • All candidates applying must have professional work experience with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting & forecasting.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI experience preferred).
  • High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to travel when required.
