Fertiliser Product Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Fertiliser Product Manager, for a home-based, permanent position, with occasional travel expected across East Anglia.

Agrii are a leading agronomy services provider dedicated to advancing
sustainable farming practices. We specialise in fully integrated agronomy services, precision farming technologies, crop inputs and more, to enhance farming productivity and sustainability.

Our next Fertiliser Product Manager will be part of a busy team focusing on the targeted sales of solid and liquid fertiliser products.

This role requires close collaboration with our agronomy teams and individual agronomists to provide both technical and commercial fertiliser advice, ensuring that our customer requirements are met, as well as our overall fertiliser sales budgets & forecasts.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for fertiliser-related queries. 
  • Working with our existing customer base to provide expert advice on Fertiliser products. 
  • Maintaining relationships with existing sales teams to drive sales and add value to the business, while ensuring alignment with internal sales channels.
  • Collaborating with key suppliers to ensure that both technical and commercial offerings are developed and shared across the wider fertiliser team and local agronomy teams.

Candidates applying for this position must posses:

  • A FACTS qualification. 
  • A wealth of knowledge of the fertiliser market and practical experience working directly within fertiliser sales and general business development.
  • Experience within customer service and developing customer
    relationships.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Additional desirable qualifications include: FACTS NMP, BASIS Soil & Water, Waste to Land, & Foundation.
