Agrii Joins Green Tractor Scheme.
We are delighted to announce that Agrii have joined the Green Tractor Scheme.
What is the Green Tractor Scheme?
The Green Tractor Scheme is an ever-expanding group of environmentally focused, forward-thinking businesses that are positively affecting UK agriculture, by lobbying for and inspiring innovation within farm plastic recycling.
Founded in 2020 by four agricultural plastic recycling specialists who all shared the same ambition to provide an assurance to the UK agricultural industry, and the ability to recycle all agricultural plastics by 2030, the scheme aims to educate and promote the recycling of on farm waste in the UK.
Why Agrii has joined the scheme
By joining this scheme, we will be working with the industry to help encourage the recycling of plastic waste on farm, such as seed and fertiliser bags and silage wrap. As a member, we are able to provide a discount to Agrii customers who recycle through the scheme. More details about how this discount can be claimed will be published shortly.
Other members of the scheme include Asda, Dengie, Shorts Agricultural Services and Woldmarsh. A full list of members can be found on the Green Tractor website.
