We are now seeing red clovers last well into the 4th year. ✚ Much quicker to establish than white clover and competitive with Italian ryegrass. ✚ Red clovers can fix more N – 200-300 units/ha/annum than white clovers. RED CLOVERS ✚ White clovers are used to increase palatability and reduce N usage in grazing.
